Spring Break

...has sprung. Not much planned other than hopefully getting some writing done and other projects around here. The crochet bug has bitten and refuses to let go. Not a bad thing, but I really do need to write, and I'd like to decorate the game room. Finding a balance is always the hard part for me. I get involved in one thing and that's all I want to do.

Here's what I've been working on.

I found this pattern for a cell phone holder in the crochet book I bought, and used one of my favorite colors again (cherry chip). I have a different pattern, more girly and the closure is a flower button instead of a chain, so I want to try that one, too.


The baby hat I finished today. I added the heart-shaped button with sparkly butterfly from a bag of buttons that I got at the craft store.
